Dick and Debbie Roski live in Davenport, Iowa. They both grew up outside Cleveland, Ohio and met at Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital where Debbie worked as an R.N. and Dick was in his neurosurgical residency at Case Western Reserve University. They married in 1981. After residency, Dick accepted a position at the University of Louisville in the division of Neurosurgery. They stayed for a very enjoyable two and a half years after which Dick entered private practice in Lumberton, North Carolina. After the birth of their second child, they decided to move back to the midwest. They have been in Davenport for eight years where Dick has a private practice. While in practice, Dick went back to school and in 1990 received his masters of science in Management from Purdue University. He had also received his undergraduate Engineering degree from Purdue in 1971. After a track career in college, Dick now enjoys the more leisurely sports activities of golf, tennis and skiing. Debbie is past president of the Junior League of the Quad Cities and is currently active on the Bettendorf Citizens Educational Council. She enjoys time with her husband, children and tennis. Their daughter Courtney is eleven years old and is a very accomplished and dedicated equestrian rider. Their son Justin, age ten, is involved in many sports activities including soccer and golf. Dick's other two children live in Carmel, Indiana. Kathryn, age 18, is active in school choir and drama activities. Kara, age 15, has lettered in volleyball.
